Hayat Foundation Brings Hope To 400 Families in Northern Gaza

In June 2024, Hayat Foundation supported 700 families in Northern Gaza by distributing flour and providing cash aid. Our team’s presence and support was warmly received by the devastated but resilient community.

لِلۡفُقَرَاۤءِ ٱلَّذِینَ أُحۡصِرُوا۟ فِی سَبِیلِ ٱللَّهِ لَا یَسۡتَطِیعُونَ ضَرۡبࣰا فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ یَحۡسَبُهُمُ ٱلۡجَاهِلُ أَغۡنِیَاۤءَ مِنَ ٱلتَّعَفُّفِ تَعۡرِفُهُم بِسِیمَـٰهُمۡ لَا یَسۡـَٔلُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ إِلۡحَافࣰاۗ وَمَا تُنفِقُوا۟ مِنۡ خَیۡرࣲ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِهِۦ عَلِیمٌ     

˹Charity is˺ for the needy who are too engaged in the cause of Allah to move about in the land ˹for work˺. Those unfamiliar with their situation will think they are not in need ˹of charity˺ because they do not beg. You can recognize them by their appearance. They do not beg people persistently. Whatever you give in charity is certainly well known to Allah. (Al-Baqarah, Ayah 273)

Our work exemplifies the transformative power of compassion and grassroots efforts in restoring hope and dignity to afflicted communities. Inspired by this success, we plan to further strengthen our humanitarian efforts and bring relief to those who need it most.
