Hayat Foundation’s Ramadan Food Distribution in Parwan: Supporting Underprivileged Families

In a continuation of our commitment to supporting vulnerable communities, Hayat Foundation conducted a heartfelt food aid distribution in Parwan Province on March 28, 2025. This impactful event aimed to assist 40 underprivileged families during the holy month of Ramadan 🌙, a time of reflection, generosity, and community solidarity.
A Response to Urgent Needs
Families in this region face significant challenges, making the need for basic supplies more critical than ever. Our food distribution was not merely a logistical operation; it was an opportunity to connect with those who are struggling and to demonstrate that they are not alone in their hardships. This initiative underscores our dedication to humanitarian aid and community support.
Contents of Each Food Package
Each food package contained:
- 25 kg of flour
- 10 kg of rice
- 5 liters of cooking oil
- 3.5 kg of beans
- 2 kg of sugar
- 0.5 kg of tea
As the packages were distributed, we witnessed the smiles and tears of gratitude from recipients. Each family shared their stories, expressing how this aid would allow them to celebrate Ramadan with dignity, despite their struggles. The sense of community and mutual support was palpable, reminding us all of the importance of empathy and compassion .
