Hayat Foundation held a strategic planning workshop for its members

On June 15th, 2023, the Hayat Foundation held a strategic planning workshop for its members, led by Mr. Noor Alam Hakimyar. The workshop was held at the organization’s headquarters in Londaon, UK, and lasted for six hours.

Noor Alam Hakimyar is a renowned strategic planning consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has worked with various organizations in Afghanistan and has helped them develop effective and sustainable strategic plans.

The main objective of the workshop was to create a comprehensive strategic plan for the Hayat Foundation that would guide the organization’s activities for the next five years. The workshop began with an introduction by the organization’s CEO Noor Alam Hakimyar, who emphasized the importance of strategic planning and the need for a clear and concise plan to achieve the Foundation’s goals.

Noor Alam Hakimyar then took over and began by explaining the different elements involved in strategic planning, such as mission and vision statements, goals and objectives, and SWOT analysis. He stressed the importance of involving all stakeholders in the planning process and encouraged the participants to share their ideas and opinions.

The workshop was divided into several sessions, each focusing on a particular aspect of strategic planning. In the first session, the participants worked on defining the organization’s mission and vision statements. They discussed the Foundation’s values and goals and worked together to create a clear and concise statement that would guide the organization’s activities.
