Join the Hayat Foundation Funeral Service Membership
Hayat Foundation (HF) is a UK-based charity registered in England and Wales. HF in the UK remains dedicated to providing social services, support, and compassion, driven by the desire to serve Allah Almighty and assist its fellow Muslim countrymen. The primary and main objective of delivering the funeral service is inspired by a verse from the Holy Quran (وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى), to serve and benefit the people.
Family Members Information
I agree to:
1. Adhere to the relevant Islamic laws in line with the jurisdiction of Ahli Sunnah Wal Jamaah and the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, which the Hayat Foundation (HF) upholds as mandatory.
2. Foster an environment of inclusivity, integrity, and respect.
3. Accept and agree with the internal policies and procedures of HF, noting that any disputes should be referred to the Dispute Resolution Committee of HF.
4. Agree to receive a lump sum of £5,500.00 via bank transfer in the event of relocating the deceased to a country other than the United Kingdom.
5. Provide all necessary information and supporting documents requested by the committee, understanding that sharing incorrect information or documentation may jeopardize your membership.
6. Agree to pay £5 per family member per month via standing order.
7. Choosing a cemetery or burial site in the United Kingdom and/or relocating the deceased to Afghanistan; it is your right to determine.
8. Agree that if your membership fee obligations are not met within 45 days, you and/or your family will be subject to removal from the service, and any membership fees already paid will not be refundable.
9. Agree that participation in this programme is voluntary, and if you or your family decide to discontinue participation, any fees paid will not be refundable to you, your family members, or any associated parties.
10. Agree to inform HF about any additional family members within the first two months of their addition.
