This remarkable book covers Aqeedah & Spirituality\, Seerah and stories of Prophets\, and the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). \n Event Highlights:\nThe ceremony commenced with a beautiful Quran recitation by Tamim Sadat.\nFollowing this\, Zahid Bashir provided an insightful introduction to the event\, warmly welcoming all attendees. \nZafar Hassan Bashar\, the lead organizer of this competition\, delivered a heartfelt welcome message\, expressing his gratitude for the overwhelming support and participation. \nUstadh Waheedullah Obaidi then gave a moving speech on behalf of the book’s author\, Ustadh Rasool Khan\, highlighting the immense hard work and dedication that went into writing the book and the efforts of the brothers who translated it into Dari and English. \nThe renowned writer and journalist\, Nazeer Basharat\, spoke about the significance and necessity of such a book and competition within the Muslim community in the UK. He emphasized how it can foster greater understanding and spiritual growth. \nFollowing Nazeer Basharat’s speech\, Tarique Siraj introduced the competition\, outlining its objectives and the ways in which participants can get involved. This was followed by a short workshop for the audience\, offering practical advice on how to engage the community in this competition\, foster a culture of reading\, and other suggestions to ensure the competition’s success. \nThe event concluded with a heartfelt speech and Dua by Sheikh Hassan Khatibzada\, invoking blessings and guidance for all participants. \nWe are delighted to announce that many attendees registered for the competition for themselves and their family members\, showing a strong commitment to personal and communal growth. \nWe are immensely grateful to everyone who attended and contributed to making this event a grand success. SUMMARY:Hayat Foundation Retreat: A Transformative Weekend of Personal Development and Capacity Building
DESCRIPTION:Overview:\nThis past weekend\, the Hayat Foundation hosted an incredible retreat dedicated to personal development and capacity building. It was a weekend filled with enriching activities\, meaningful discussions\, and a wonderful sense of community. \n Friday Evening:\nThe event kicked off with a beautiful Quran Recitation\, setting a serene and reflective tone for the days ahead. Dr. Abdul Hameed Latifi\, the event’s coordinator\, welcomed everyone with an inspiring message. We were also honored to hear a short but impactful speech by Sheikh Bashir Ghafouri on the importance of such gatherings in fostering growth and unity. \n Saturday:\nThe second day began with a refreshing morning warm-up sport\, energizing everyone for a day full of activities. Participants\, both youth and elders\, engaged in various enriching tasks. One highlight was the group research activity in the library\, where teams explored different topics\, honing their research skills and expanding their knowledge. \n Afternoon Fun:\nIn the afternoon\, excitement peaked with a football competition featuring 8 enthusiastic teams competing for the trophy. This was followed by a scenic walk trail\, allowing everyone to appreciate the natural beauty of Leicester. After a delicious dinner\, the evening concluded with a lively Kahoot activity about the Golden Age\, celebrating the remarkable contributions of Muslim scholars and scientists to modern technology and knowledge. \n Sunday:\nThe final day featured a short yet profound lecture by Ustad Shuja Mustaqi\, offering deep Islamic insights. Participants were then introduced to “The Way of Life” competition\, focusing on the lives and seerah of the prophets\, including Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)\, and Aqeedah. This exciting competition\, set for September 15\, promises to be a fantastic opportunity for learning and spiritual growth. \n Closing Ceremony:\nThe retreat concluded with an award ceremony\, celebrating the hard work and achievements of all participants across the various competitions. \nA huge thank you to everyone who made this retreat possible and to all the participants for their enthusiasm and engagement. Let’s carry the lessons and experiences from this weekend into our daily lives\, continuing our journey of personal and collective growth. \n \n  \n \n \n

He has worked with various organizations in Afghanistan and has helped them develop effective and sustainable strategic plans. \nThe main objective of the workshop was to create a comprehensive strategic plan for the Hayat Foundation that would guide the organization’s activities for the next five years. \nThe workshop began with an introduction by the organization’s CEO\, who emphasized the importance of strategic planning and the need for a clear and concise plan to achieve the Foundation’s goals. \nMr.Noor Alam Hakimyar then took over and began by explaining the different elements involved in strategic planning\, such as mission and vision statements\, goals and objectives\, and SWOT analysis. He stressed the importance of involving all stakeholders in the planning process and encouraged the participants to share their ideas and opinions. \nThe workshop was divided into several sessions\, each focusing on a particular aspect of strategic planning. In the first session\, the participants worked on defining the organization’s mission and vision statements\, with a specific focus on the needs and challenges faced by women in Afghanistan. They discussed the Foundation’s values and goals and worked together to create a clear and concise statement that would guide the organization’s activities. \nIn the second session\, Mr.Noor Alam Hakimyar led a discussion on SWOT analysis\, with a specific focus on the strengths\, weaknesses\, opportunities\, and threats facing women in Afghanistan. SUMMARY:Hayat Foundation Sister’s General Gathering
DESCRIPTION:Hayat Foundation organised two separate events at Harrow Leisure Centre yesterday (24th November):\n1- Sister’s General Gathering: (Cultural and education program\, games\, nasheed\, food\, Islamic and Afghan dress exhibition\, talks\, competitions) for more than 150 women and girls.\n2- In the afternoon\, Hayat Foundation presented its activities and services report to the Afghan Community members\, who supported us for the last nine years. In this presentation the three areas (Community Development\, Education and Relief) of Hayat Foundation’s work were discussed and evaluated.\nThe first edition of Hera monthly publication was inaugurated\, and while the participants were encouraged to send their articles to Hera Admin\, the hard copies of Hera were distributed to the participants. \n[envira-gallery id=”96″]
